Steam Wallet not working! Incompetence of Gameforge fixing this issue!

Can't buy Soulcash with Steam Wallet, it got automatically refunded by Steam.
Gameforge clearly advertised that it would be possible to buy via Steam Wallet.
Nice Feature Gamefore! Making the Cash Shop already available in Beta, but not letting Steam Players buy Soulcash, not having the game yet in Support to choose and have to wait until the ticket gets fowarded to somewhat the correct department. GG, I was hoping to support this game.

It seems this problem does not even get referred to as I see noone confirming that you found a solution/ players were able to buy via Steam Wallet after sending tickets.

Can't you only buy it with steam wallet..? You load up your steam wallet to buy it...

I've had the refunded thing happen when it bugged, it got refunded and I tried it again and it worked. Did you even try a second time? Sounds to me like you're just going extreme over a tiny bug you tripped over once

It IS possbile to use the Steam Wallet. Ive done it myself several times. Before creating a discussion try to contact support first and they will tell u what u've done wrong.

Step 1: Loading cash into steam wallet.
Step 2: opening Soulworkers Cash shop and choosing top up soulcash
Step 3: Everything went well and it said I will receive.
Step 4: Realizing on Steam that the payment has been refunded automatically.
Step 5: Try to rebuy but the cash shop shows only a black screen with billing link
Step 6: Created a Ticket to Gameforge via Billing Support.
Step 7: Still waiting as Gameforge has no option to choose the SW Support and you have to wait until your ticket gets forwarded to the right department.

Come on Gameforge, its about money, so get it done asap

it started out good, now it seems they only reply to money related things thats also not even complete ( they cant even add a option for soulworker that should take max 10min with coffe to do )

so do like the rest save money ingame and buy the things you want you will probly feel it more rewarding aswell

Yes I can just farm ingame, but when i want to support the game with some money? or buy a costume which is not available on the market? The fact that they don't care about potential paying customers gets me off.

24h later and still no reply from Gameforge Billing Support. Very good customer service you have there Gameforge, shows how you care about paying customers who give you your daily bread.
