How to Create an Account in SoulWorker?

Guys Please help, I don't know how to Create an account on sw.. I downloaded the game from a certain person given via link then when I finished downloading it, it only shows the "log in" thing and no "Create Account".. this is crucial cuz I wanna play SoulWorker and I don't have an account yet. Thanks for your reply.
