ACCOUNT BLOCKED?!
I install the Iris update and my account is blocked?!
I do not use vpn or have played the game illegally in any way.
What the hell!?

I have the same problem. I went to support to send a ticket but for some odd reason they wouldn't let me log into support but allowed me to login to the normal home page. I have tried so many times to get into support that they finally told me I did it too many times and need to wait 3 hours until I can try again. I don't use steam to play Soulworker but I don't think that's the problem considering that you guys seem to have this issue as well. I didn't use any illegal means to play the game.

I understand you cannot help us here, but your support team is merely dismissing my case as if they do not care about their players, the money I have put into the game, the free promotions I have given and my emotions. Being banned for something illegal when you have never broke a law or rule in your life hurts a lot. I do my best to help others on a daily basis yet all I get back is sh!t from people with power.

Is this really a bug or are we really getting a ban? I kind of get how you feel. I think it's kinda lame how we have to personaly go through and request to be unabanned for a bug that was made because of their update. This kind of thing seems like it should have been fixed for all players by now... I can't say I am all that disapointed though. This game doesn't look like it gets worked on often.

got "no server avalible" for about 5 hours my last login attempt ended with "account is blocked"

Support said I was duplicating gold and would get my account returned in two weeks: minus ALL character's funds. I regularly make bank deposits, but am no baller by any means. I'm assuming the update was botched, and support just takes the word of a broken system for law. #notatheif

sounds like there making up escuses for the random bans i know a couple of ppl who have got the same responce

This is the most recent response I got from GF:

"This is not about trades, items you bought or sold. It's about an exploit, it appears that you duplicated Dzenai using your HEMS to do so, for this reason, your account has been blocked for 7 days and won't be released before the stated date."

And this "recent" response was 5 hours ago, they have since not replying to any messages.

This whole ban thing is out of control, players upon players are banned by seemingly a system or a bot who ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.
From an "already dying company" perspective, for Gameforge to fix this they need to unblock everyone, give back the dz and then MANUALLY with HUMANS go through each account that got flagged and blocked and look into each account to see who out of the bunch actually was duplicating dz.
And maybe a reinbursement for missing us a day of the event.

The odds of that happening are? If anything they might unban us and keep the dz. Today is not the day for gammers it seems. Banned accounts and psn down as well. Lets just pray they fix this and unban everyone before their code expires. I just spent 1bil on Haru's Wild Smooth hair after all!
