The only reason I'm even complaining is because I actually enjoy the game, why the hell would I even stay playing or bother complaining if I didn't want to play this game

topic starter is stupid, GF not increased things compared to JP, JP publisher lowered them on localized game version. While EU/NA is the same as KR.

The right think is to push GF adapt those settings like JP done.

It doesn't matter that this is the KR version, we're playing a vastly inferior version and we have the right to complain about this. KR version was a failure, unlike JP version.

Also, JP is actually the "original" version since it was published first.
So, I'm currently downloading this game, and as a new player seeing all the problems that were listed, I already know this is a game I won't be sticking with. The energy system mentioned is already making me wary of this game, and allowing players to pay for energy just makes this a P2W model, which let's face it, no one likes that ♥♥♥♥. If your business model is ♥♥♥♥, no one is going to play the game, meaning the business gets less customers, therefore getting less money. Seriously, you'd think they'd learn by now. XD
idk bout you guys but I like the idea of having them double the difficulty and halve the exp gained.
I seriously enjoy this challenge.
The materials x10 are really crazy.. its ridiculous

Doubled Difficulty >> That's a lie. It has the same difficulty as the JP Server from Lv 1 to Lv 57

Halved the EXP Gain >> Got lowered a bit, it doesn't feel the same but the Progress bar from the Phases are boosted AF.

Gutted Login Rewards >> I agree with that, on JP or even Private server, u can get like 5 bonus keys just from login rewards but this one only gives Coins.

Increased Item Enhance Fail Rate >> That's debatable because even reaching +4 is a struggle on JP server, I do not know about KR's.

Fashion is the least of the problems since they do not give any bonuses. You can buy costumes with ingame currency or just using the start costumes which is Blue Tier. Enough to fit the badges needed.

Materials for Fashion are still the same because at Lv30 - 57, they drop like candy from runs and you can build pretty much any accesory you want, you only need the money for it and again, doesn't give any extra status.

I strongly agree Gameforge is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of publisher but they haven't done AS MANY bad things AS expected. Each Publisher manage their game differently as the dev releases patches. If you're so salty about it, you can still play on JP and enjoy the game, but still JP is not perfect, it has the same problems as Gameforge SWO and that's implemented in the game to make it feel grindy.

original version is the version of the game as it was done by game developer. Any version of the game modified by publisher, even if it was first publisher isn't original as it was modified for the target market.

also they launched it in japan first in order to be able to say its an ANIME mmo. If it launched in korea first it would have problems in acceptance as "anime" outside and inside of japan (since thats their major branding - "best anime mmo")


the login reward was 5 coins in japan and korea aswell at START.. it can always change

the costumecraftingrecipees are okay... the japanese ones are too slim, you can craft a lot right away.. i can craft 2-3 chestpieces already if i wanted to.. but yeah.. maybe something in between the current and the japanese? It has to have longtime motivation after all

There is no increased itemfailchance, the rates are exactly the same.. where does this come from? I often can enhance items from 1-5/6 without a fail

Hairstyles: yeah.. expensive.. but seeing they are permanent and not a single time usage as other mmos have (so you can switch between those you bought freely without having to buy a a restyle coupon or another hairpiece) makes it kinda... okay... its 10$ (8-9€) with the highest packprice [in € where you get those 20k points and not $ with 13k due to VAC and other taxes - other games like those of webzen charge 19% extra for € if you want to buy points, thats similar here just for $.. blame the taxes and them not willing to give you points for their tax] while expensive with the smaller ones

conversion is 100 to 1€ that makes 100 to 1.4$ simple as that ... taxation

halfed expgain: nope - thats the same exp ratio than Korea and japan had until 55 cap (which were more caps than one aswell)

Doubled difficulty: thats where you are wrong again.. it was the same difficulty and then they nerfed the beginning to a laughable difficulty to allow ppl advance faster... they even equalised manic and normal run exp until 50ish... thats NOT how a game should be at launch.. difficulty is debatable, yet i prefer it hard

Also as a side note Jpn and KR didn't base it off each other they based it around the developed game and moved in different directions, NA followed KR rather than Jpn.

As another side note Jpn is usually more or less about the same difficulty as NA it's KR thats usually more difficult

Liongames is a korean company with japanese developers inside (used to)
They are indeed korean by law, but japanese born koreans with sympathy to japanese anime. In the end it doesnt matter at all - they released it in japan first to have the anime branding established and not have other ppl say "they are korean, this aint anime!" - since it launched there first its anime

The fact that those 2 are the first 2 things you mention in your post means that you are not to be taken seriously.

So what exactely do you want from a game ?
To rush Through it's hard worked on content in a matter of 3 Days ?
I already maxed out in 6 days, and that's already redicoulously fast.

I hardly remember half of the Dungeons I entered since what is there to remember when you only farm a Dungeon for 1-2 Hours before jumping to the next one.
