Can't see any server at all
My friend just downloaded this game and try to play. After he entered the server page, it is always no servers at all. After that i told him to restart soulworker program and he did it till 20 times and still can't find any servers at all while i'm playing. And then i told him to reinstall so that it might just magically fix it and try it again. Result is the same, nothing changed and he still can't see any servers at all even with a lot of restarts. Can anyone help or can any Soulworker staff helps us? I don't know how to help him at all, thx!

He did that 20 times and still no changes. and reinstall the game then did the same, 20 times restart and still can't find the server. This isn't doing for him so we need other suggestion. And i think you're not reading the contents of what i'm saying here.

What is your friend's region? Since some IP address got banned even its called global server.

I'm experiencing same problem too, but for me only the NA Tenebris server disappear.
btw: my region is definetly within US...QAQ

The VPN allows him to download the game.
For now, he tried to start the game with VPN and without VPN but the result is the same, no servers at all.

well, that is just in case if you can't see NA only. But he can't even see any server from there.

well, that is just in case if you can't see NA only. But he can't even see any server from there.

Well, I mean, even I launch the game in America, there will be about a second the server list can't be read and shows 'no server avaliable currently'. So I'm just thinking if it's simply caused by a bad connection at your friend's side. Waiting at start screen for longer probably could push the client at least read the server list (though it won't be playable).

TBH that is 1 thing i thought too. but i don't know how to fix this problem. Or either ISP problem from the internet provider. Hope some staff will come here and give solution later.

what about the recent problem my friend had? It is not only NA server but he can't see any servers at all even with a few restarts. Thx!
