Maelstrom Legs unobtainable as Hawk and Rhino.

First of all, I just want to say I love the designs for this particular line across all three War Tech classes. Unfortunately, obtaining it for the Hawk and Rhino is impossible in the current build.

As you can see, they require a non-existent "Storm EVO III"[cdn.discordapp.com] as a pre-requirement to develop.[cdn.discordapp.com] Pressing "Y" to highlight the requirement for this particular part does nothing. As you can see in the first screen, I even went so far as to unlock the Storm EVO II just to be sure it wasn't a typo in the interface. Unforunately it still didn't unlock.

The Lynx on the other hand requires the Tornado EVO III[cdn.discordapp.com], which I can confirm is indeed on the upgrade list.

It looks like that the Lynx was actually the faulted one.

Maelstrom Legs should always depend on Storm EVO III.

Storm EVO III was just missing in the list of the available components.
I've just fixed it and it will be in a new build shortly (not the one you'll see today thou, but the next one)
