Simulator Hologram

Is there any way to remove the Hologram effect that's on everything in those missions ? I really find it annoying and it slows down fps badly at least for me.

Turn on "Realistic Simulation" (or something like that, forget the exact wording) in the options menu. Removes the weird hologram effects and makes everything look normal.

This is a necessity for me; the simualtor effect is cool, but also makes it somewhat hard to see everthing.
