Can this be played by Arcade/Fight Joystick alone? 1 joystick plus 8-10 buttons?

Working on an idea for a Steam arcade cabinet, and wondered if this game could be played with fight stick alone.....


The secondar stick for fire breath seems wasteful when a single button for fire breath would do and then use your movement stick to fly and aim.....is there a way to make it work that way? or a single press for fire breath as a key?

As for what I am trying to do think a Mame machine except steam.... I need to find games that can be controlled compltely by 1 stick, and 8-10 buttons. That includes menus and everything.

This game is near perfect, and I can see no reason you should have to use a secondar joystick for that.......the the dpad for choosing upgrade is also sort of sloppy...otherwise this would be a perfect Arcade Cabinet game......if there is no way for it to do so currently I really wish the devs would add a fight stick compatable mode that allows this set up......many people put PC's in cabinets for Mame....but it would be great to play updated games in them via steam as well.

Agreed, this game would be great for that. But you probably need sticks with buttons on them to use your firebreath. As for software: Look for a program called Joy2Key.
