HOARD - TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
INTEGRATED GRAPHICS ISSUES
If you are running a laptop with a dedicated graphics card and an integrated graphics card, make sure you are disabling the integrated graphics while running HOARD.

GENERAL GRAPHICS ISSUES
Here are a few things you can try:

1) Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest drivers for your graphics card.
If this didn't work, then:

2) Try unplugging a controller if you have one plugged in. Some configurations can cause a crash in this case, although most controllers work.

3) Set lower graphics options. Go into your Steam Library view, and right click on HOARD and select "Properties". Then click SET LAUNCH OPTIONS. In the text box, type "-wimpy" (minus the quotes). Then see if the game will run.

4) If you also want to ensure it's running in a window, add this launch option: "-windowed 1280 720" (or equivalent resolution)

5) Check Compatibility Mode. Go into your Steam Library view, and right click on HOARD and select LOCAL FILES tab. Click "Browse Local Content". It will open a Windows Explorer folder. Navigate to \win32\Reuben.exe. Right click on Reuben.exe and click the Compatibility tab. There is a COMPATIBILITY MODE checkbox. If it is not set, try setting it run as Windows XP Service Pack 3.

6) Check file integrity. This probably isn't the problem, but just in case, go to Steam Library view. Right click HOARD, and select LOCAL FILES tab. Click on VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE.

Thank you and sorry you are having troubles.
