Sv cheats enabled

When I try to enable cheats for my game online, it says I have to create a listen server with map mapname. Somebody please tell me how to make a listen server!

Instead of starting a game through the menu, use the developer console command map mapname. It should autocomplete mapname as you type it. (Type the actual name of a map, obviously).

The Alien Swarm maps from the default campaign start with asi-jac

That reminds me of a glitch i know! This is how you do it:
1. Start the training mission
2. Open console and type some cheats in it
3. Start the game
4. Leave the game and create a new game (Friends only recommended)
5. Enjoy all the cheats you have
