No progress when closed?

Seems to be no progress when game is closed out like in CH1, intended?

yes, noted my gold and did save and quit. Came back 5 minutes or so later and had exact same gold.

I tried to save & quit and see I have same bug or what. My progress is still there when I am back

I think you might misunderstand me. I keep the progress ive made while logged into the game. But in CH1 if i left for a day and came back than my character wouldve beaten worlds and gotten tons of money from defeating enemies even when you werent logged in. This game only seem to make progress if you have it actively playing in the background. My question if this is how its intended to be? No progress while offline.

Ofc just me there are little tired right now. But yea I think you have to play it active to make progress right now and wait to see if offline mode comes to CH2 and we may hope it will come.

Yeah, the game doesn't seem to have an offline mode, unless that is for later?

Unlike ***most*** other Clicker/Idle (Incremental) games, Clicker Heroes 2 does NOT run the idle gameplay when you aren't playing it.

Yes. And I think I'm not alone when I hope and pray this is a bug and not intended.
