How is "Bonus gold" work?
I have 17% bonus gold chance and 6% gold chest chance, so for 5 minutes i get 6 gold chests and 0 bonus gold drops. So I spent my skillpoints for nothing?

These things matter more after investing later in the game in skill points. In the early game, just focus on more immediate things like damage boosters and boss gold. Killing faster nets more gold faster in this timeframe

Ah, I misunderstood. When you said it felt like nothing I thought you meant not worthwhile.

Bonus gold is a chance to have the monster explode into a lot of gold pieces. This applies to any mob or boss including treasure chests too. You get massive gold when all stars align. Those stars being, a bonus gold proc, on a treasure chest, who is a level 25, 50 or 75 boss.

Cool, but I never see "a lot of gold pieces" with my 17% chance on this. Is that okay?

I presumed it was like the clicker heroes 1 proc, my bad. I guess I can't say for sure then. I never stacked it, myself. In CH1 it gave 10x gold when it proc'd. It would be tough to test for effectiveness in CH2 if there is no gold shower.

I just have a hunch this chance isn't working at all. Because it's beta and blablabla. Cause c'mon - 17% its a every 6 monster, but I've been staring at the monitor for 15 minutes and I don't see any bonus gold. And in that case, I really spent my skill points in nowhere. I would like the developers to pay attention to this.

It means a 17% HIGHER chance, not a 17% chance. 17 is 17% of 100 so a 17% higher chance there equals 117%. But 17% of .0000001% is way lower.

I hope my wording make sense.

I do not think so. For a critical chance and a Golden chest, everything works exactly like this - what chance is specified, with such a chance it happens. Why should it work differently for bonus gold?

Not sure if it working as theres no bonus gold in stats list under stats unlike the other equiptment and level bonuses. Also theres no discription of what it meant to do.

NM I found it on Redit i'ts a x10 gold multiplier on kill no idea if it works or not.
