Plover Island DLC Not completing

I am at 98% for Plover Island area. Have found all collectibles, and done all the quest marker things and nothing on the map indicating what I need to do next.

Yup got all the questors, all the chests, all the plates, all the landmarks. Have done all the time trials, all the kill sailors, all the main stories. No markers left on the map.

Figured it out. I had not done the infamy ranks for destroying the shark hunters in plover island. You have to do the ranks before the story continues.
