Alligator got sent to the moon

So i was fighting this alligator "bounty" and around 50% health it got sent to the moon.. lol

I had that happen, too. I just ignored them for a while and when I loaded the game back up today to keep playing, they'd respawned and didn't fly off again.

Something similar happened to me with normal aligators. From time to time they would disappear mid fight.
