I always get such "Kill xx fishes", "Eat xx humans" story quests being stuck at level 30 and not able to crush any elder gates.
Hopefully the quest to fight Scaly Pete arrives anytime soon.
These fetch quests are annoying.
Also the invisible walls on land are an unforgiveable crime.
No game developer should use invisible walls.
Well, I know it's not meant to hop on land for long, but some ways are just such a damn shortcut but inaccessible as of invisible walls. :(
You should use special modifications (Tiger Body + Mineral Digestion (both fully upgraded)) to receive more ressources from eating other fishes/humans - best to farm in Clawfish Bay. With this modifications try to eat mostly Hammerhead Sharks. They have boost to yor ressources.
I've also killed the Apex Orca which is level 35 without any big problems.
After all the most exciting thing is to brawl with a bunch of hunters.
But as this game features unlockables I am OCDed to get them all. ^^
I am using Mineral Digestion since the start, so I had a bunch of minerals.
Yet as of unlocking some new evolutions, I invested these for good now. Looking forward to unlock even more.
Guess after having done all, everything that's left is brawling with hunters which still will be a nice thing to do.
I wouldn't have got to LVL30 that quick without having a blast on destroying these hunters.
I have merely no respect for this spoiler nonsense.
I am all Stephen King and his view onto this concept.
Furthermore, people should rather spoil themselves about a game before they buy it, otherwise chances are high they get into something they don't like.
You don't need to apply my absolutely ignorant mindset about spoilers.
I've watched the WHOLE story of Horizon Zero Dawn on Youtube back in 2018, before I decided to buy a PS4 Pro and the game.
As after watching it, I felt the dire need to guide Aloy myself through this adventure.
And I even bought it again for PC.
But still, it's... NO SERIOUSLY Maneater's story is by far not what's making this game great.
Asking to add a spoiler about is the tip of the "nitpicking about spoilers"-iceberg.
