Thanks for the info my friend can't wait for man eater it's making good progress so far.
My wallet is ready
The hype is too much to bear... Great graphics, Single Player, 6 sharks planned (not just one), similar to Depth, with an actual story,.. HYYYYPE
And that's just as the starting point? I say nice~
As I've said before, easily the most accurate 3D models for a Mako Shark in a game.
Hell, more accurate than the 'big budget' CGI ones from Deep Blue Sea.
The Great White is only slightly bettered by the one in PSVR's Ocean Descent, however, that's mainly down to how highly animated it is - flexing muscles, gills reacting to how much waters flowing over them when it open/closes its jaws, etc. All much easier to do in a scripted tech demo scenario that essentially has most of a PS4's processing power dedicated to it.
But the shaping is pretty close to spot on. Maybe the tail looks a little small in the renders, but that could have done for visibility in the 3rd person gameplay. Sometimes you just have to make those gameplay calls!
I'll be hoping you can top Endless Ocean 2's Tiger Shark when you get to it! ;)
(Can you tell I spent some time on the ArtStation pages of Alexandria Condon, Robert Fink, etc?)
Idk but I surely hope it is! :D
