It does the same thing here too. It's a fault with the game. Vapour Lockdown does not do this.
Outside of that the game is playable
Like, should I select some DirectX options in steam launch options or such?
Well, that is a very broad description. Could you be more specific - like the exact type of graphic card, processor, RAM etc. :) Thanks.
there's also info about Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU P6000, but idk if it is relevant
I was asking, because this kind of glitch happens if your graphic card is not a DirectX 11 card - doesn't support this API. It could be that or something else. But Intel(R) HD Graphic is a very broad term, so it is hard to tell.
AFAIK you have to connect a GFX card to get rid of the problem.
