Sure we're allowed - we can't imagine a situation when creating / developing game that we're not allowed to. For "how come" - this I cannot answer, cause these are internal things, agreements, NDA etc. - this kind'a stuff.
EDIT: And it seems I made an error in a hurry in last post - the developer is of course the same, only the publisher is different. Sorry for that - hot pre-release period makes itself felt ;) I hope it clarifies the situation.
