Yeah the weird gibberish one should have been the right one, I guess there's something unique with the Steam version. That's annoying since the PS2 version is in English, just need to use an old version of PCSX2 to emulate it without getting a text bug.
If anyone is interested PCSX2 1.0 is supposed to work.
I'm confident we'll see a Traditional Chinese version, but the English and likely even the Korean fanbases will be left out.
I wish Koei would at the very least tell us something, but it's just complete radio silence from them, like usual.
What their doing is finally putting some of IMO, the greatest games ever made out there for purchase after so long, and ignoring their English fans who have been looking to purchase the games, at full price if necessary, for several years.
It's just really depressing, these games were my childhood.
Ive managed to find eng patches for 11 and 12, but I cant get 10 working. Reluctant to "buy" this if the fan-made patch mentioned above doesnt work.
