Can't save games

Does anyone encounter the same problem? The save button doesn't work, can't find any saved games on the load screen

Same problem. Immediately after attempting a save, I go back to the save or load menu and nothing is saved.

still cant save ? i plan to buy this game but seems like there are some issues with this game.... please advice..

it can save， Change System Locale on your Windows. change to Japanese. and restart your PC, play the game, then you can save it. it seems like using Japanese to trigger the save data. Finally , you can change back to your original system language.

1. Go into settings
2. Type in control panel
3.Select "Clock, Language and Region".
4. Select "region"
5. Go to the administrative tab
6. Click "Change system locale"
7. Select new locale (Japanese)
8. Click restart now.

no, once you trigger the save data, you can save it on your original system language, do not need to change system language everytime.

I changed locale to Japan and was prompted to reset pc. Did that. Still not saving. anything else I need to do?

nevermind it is saving the game now, but not created officers. any suggestions?

So my question is the Steam Cloud is not working, any way to enable the Steam Cloud saves?
