...and yeah, I know that KOEI is a Japanese developer/publisher.
Still though I will hold out hope they will bring ROTK IX to steam in English (Or add english ones for any of the games they've released so far.)
Some of them have cheat functions, like it the 13 expansion it gives you the abilitiy to edit a lot of stuff, such as maxing stats and abilities of officers and maxing city stats among other things. But thats just a perk, the PUK's tend to add a fair bit of content too.

This gae was sold on direct2drive even before steam existed, and is still able to be downloaded.
They did screw me over onmy Dynasty warrirs 4. It is still on my labtop, and I have product activation code to reinstall. But if i lose that game file, no where to downoad it again.
