How to move the camera without a middle mouse button?

So, I've finally gotten the game to work after two years. Previously the graphics were all messed up so it was impossible to see anything at all. Now, I've come to the next road block: I'm using an Apple Magic Mouse, so I haven't got a middle mouse button to control the camera with. How do I control the camera in another way?

You should be able to change the key binding in the launcher. I'm on holiday at the moment, but if that doesn't work drop me an email and I'll take a look when I get back.

I'm having trouble with this same issue. I changed the "hold to move camera" input to TAB and then to Z, but holding it down in the game has no effect. I am playing on a laptop with built-in touchpad so there's no mouse wheel.
