Bruh, how do fight against that Enchantress

I must have lost like 50 times in a row already. She keeps attacking out of nowhere and every time I try to hit her she does some weird animation where she pulls a soul out of me or some ♥♥♥♥ like this. Nothing blocks this, can't evade either. Am I not allowed to hit her at all or something? Actually she does it even when I'm not hitting her.

Enchantress is not a special character. if you play against CPU just lower difficulty level, you just need more practice. when she pulls a soul out of you you can block this move.
