Raiden's AI attributes?

Raddit saids Raiden's best AI attributes is 30 Combo, 30 counters. i tried it, but it always gaves me terrible results. i'm not kidding, my gear is all epic and not such a low stats, and my Raiden's level is 30, but some times barely win even when i matching it with level 20 opponents. the faq am i suppose to do?

12 rushdown 30 combo 18 counters has worked best, for me.

As for Reddit, there is one guy who posts on every single character to say the 30 combo 30 counter is the best setup for every character, which is absolutely wrong lol. There is a stickied reddit post that has some good ai setups for most of the characters, with some variety. Sadly, it doesn't have setups for all the dlc characters.
