I have the ultimate edition and why I only have the option to buy the Black Lightning ?

Black Lightning is a Skin for Raiden. If you got the UE, You should have him.

I think he was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with raiden. You don't need to have the ultimate edition he should be unlocked once you buy raiden. But i'm not sure since i have the ultimate and he was already unlocked

I bought from a site a key, super reliable and did an activation of the game but even being from another site, should be available

No, I believe Black Lightning was avalaible only to Ulitmate edition users.

Update:- Just searched Steam, you NEED the Ulitmate Edition regardless.

I did not want to spend my crystals to buy a skin that I have right, it's already so complicated to get crystals just by playing, I'm downloading the new update, I hope it corrects

Yeah hes always free to begin with, so if you do have the ulitmate pack, you shouldn't be charged extra pretty much.

My mistake. I knew her was unlocked for UE/UP owners, just surprised he can’t be purchased with source crystals for SE owners.

Grind rate for source crystals made me lose interest in premier skins pretty quickly
