Just lost all gear

okay so i just lost all my gear while playing. in one game i was playing my character had all his gear but when i played the next roud, my character was suddenly using his basic gear with basic shaders. i checked my inventory and ALL my gear for all characters are lost. i tried opening a bronze motherbox to solve this (all the discussions say this fixes the bug) but apparently it didnt for me. any suggestions? thanks

Try and restart your game. If not, then I don't know, this has being happening to PC, Xbox and PS4 users for a while.

Just logged in this morning and lost all my equipment for all characters as well.
So many hours of gameplay down the drain, hopefully it comes back soon, otherwise this is encouragement NOT to play their game :(

Yes, it happened to me just a few minutes ago.
Everything was wiped out except the level of my characters.
My stat card is fine, all of it is fine except losing every gear i have.

They need to fix this stat or i'm asking for a refund!

you won't get a refund, you've got 118 hours over the limit mate

Well it sucks then.
It happened months ago with the console player. Now it's happening again?
They should've fix this problem.

This is happening right before enchantress update. So i'm guessing they did something on the server and just messed it up.

Yup, this game has way too many bugs and glitches for me. Gonna wait to see the patchlist after Enchantress drops before I decide whether to just wait til after the Turtles drop to come back. Missing out on heaps of events and gear, but there's nothing enjoyable about this game in it's current state.

Hi, Noobies. When this issue occurred were you logging into Steam on a different machine, or the same machine you had been using previously?

i've just have the same problem, my internet connection was disconnected for a second during a ladder, after finishing it when i went to the customize menu all my gear and loadouts were lost, i kept going in and out of the customize menu and they all returned after a few tries, it seems like the problem is due to the internet connection, mine is working really bad for the last two day (i keep getting disconected every 5 min for like 10 seconds)

you should make the gear system to work outside of the online conectivity, i can undestand not getting guild points if your internet is gone for a sec but losing all the gear it's really annoying, specially when you're not really sure if they will be wiped out entirely from the game

Solved it, my gear was brought back. try getting to an online room, once inside go back to character customization, gears should be back. the server connection is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and getting in an online room forces it to resync your save.

Can confirm, this is the solution! I had this happen to me twice about a week or two ago (around the time of the new update), and after restarting the game, then steam, then my PC, it finally came back. The second time it happened, I just tried to "remind" the game to resync/update game data by going into "online" areas of the menu, and sure enough, it all came back.

Minor secondary annoyance that occurred though was that it cleared out all my level 30 augments & abilities (still had all of them, I just had to manually reapply them all), as well as making all characters' shaders appear "flashing," as if newly earned. And I'm sure at least a minute handful of those never came back (Harley's Purple Hazer shader is one that specifically comes to mind). But apparently that is an entirely other situation/issue... lol.

Anyway, I hope these options (restart/go to online rooms/make sure it says "updating game data when first pressing "A" or "X" on the start up screen/etc) help you guys get your stuff back as well!

guys help, my sister reset my ps5, levels stayed, online hero card is also correct, in the main menu hero card reset and all gear is gone and characters reset to default. plssss help
