power girl moves like supergirl

it says of the steam store for the power girl skin and i quote "Special skin that turns Supergirl into Power Girl - includes new appearance, moves, and dialogue" i got the new appearance voice and dialogue but her regular,combos,special moves are the same as supergirl is that because i bought it though the character custamize menu and not in a package please tell me

Nope Powergirl is just a different skin for Supergirl. What makes her unique than other shaders of Supergirl is that she acts like a completely different character but her gameplay is the same as Supergirl. She is a premier skin for Supergirl. Other characters with premier skins so far are :

- Flash (Jay Garrick Flash, Reverse
Flash)
- Superman (Bizzaro)
- Cyborg (Grid)
- Cheetah (Vixen)
- Captain Cold ( Mr. Freeze)
- Raiden (Black Lightning)
- Green Lantern (John Stewart)

All these premier skins play the same as their counterparts but act as unique characters with different dialogues, looks and voice acting. They might add more premier skins later.

Power girl is orginally Earth 2´s supergirl. Not a copy.
Later her story was altered and she was now the grand daughter of a atlantean sorcerer Arion and had been frozen in suspended animation for millennia until the present day.
So if you take her Arion orgin story then she is pretty much a completely other person.

Bizzaro is a (failled) clone of superman. Orginaly he was made when Superman was hit with a duplicate ray. Later his story was changed and it was now the joker who got Mister Mxyzptlk to clone superman.
A third origin story is that Lex Luthor tried to clone superman by useing his DNA.

your right my bad will that aside they could a least give her and the other skins there own set of armor I was just reading and its divine that the clone of power girl of new earth not supergirl but not part of the topic either
