Enchantress' hypnotic spell

How does it drop lol? i have reached level 30 on her but only 2 abilities dropped. I keep opening multiverse boxes. Still no way to have that spell.

Any idea?

Unfortunately the you can only get it by chance.

Look at my achievements. I need Catwoman's ability Cat Call but still do not have it after 200 hours of playing the game.
