Won't Use My Full Display

[Doriya Exploriya!!!]

My monitor is 5140x1440. The game keeps refusing to use my full display. It forces black boxes on the sides. I know it should be able to use it because after I execute SOME Super Moves it will remove the black bars from the side and I can see the whole screen. But after the match ends it's right back to black bars.
