If you are able to play 30 minutes ---> 70% it is due to overheating and the game crashes. I already had this problem with dayz and by adding 2 fans, problem solved.
If you can't even launch the game, your computer is too limited (video card too old, dx12 incapable, lack of RAM
1. When the game starts, change to windowed mode by pressing Alt+Enter. Then the game starts normally.
2. In Options - Graphic Settings menu, change display mode to <Borderless>. If the game asks, choose Yes by pressing Enter key.
After this, the game starts without crashing to desktop. The same problem occurs in Monster Hunter Rise, and this solves that problem too.
