Is there any way to still get justice league gear

I saw old ass topics about it and some people said yes through mother boxes other said no.. Others said in towers you just have to get them at the right time.. Im confused...

Only Wonder Woman's gear will drop through mother boxes. This is because her Justice League gear was released before the others for her solo movie.

Does anyone have a best practice/ method to increase the odds of unlocking that gear?

Currently, I have only unlocked one piece for ww's film gear and it has more then a year (probably two), and additionally, to make the situation more unlikely I have found that the game loves to give duplicates of the same few epic items...

No. As someone who has played exclusively Wonder Woman from Injustice 2's release on PC (November 2017) to the release of Mortal Kombat 11 (April 2019), it is completely random. My advice is to level Wonder Woman up to level 30 and apply the "What I Want" augment for more chances to receive her gear. Platinum and Diamond motherboxes will be your friend. I grinded for her Legendary shield, and still to this day I haven't completed her Donna Troy set that was added in the final Legendary Edition release of the game. It is 100% completely random, and if they had never released a multiverse that had her movie armor, I would have never completed it.

Thanks, for the info Rose... yeah I also have have her at L30 and the "what I want" and oddly I have a small amount of epic gear for her to my surprise, I would say 9 out of 10 times if I get a epic for wonder woman it is a repeat of one I already had gotten. Why they didn't think this through better, I have no idea but the grind and random generated stuff needs a major rethink... they are kind of taking the fun out of it with these type of systems.

Also found MK11 to be way to much of a grind for me and having to do a million things to get the piece of gear you want just takes me completely out of it. Somehow I find myself prefering IJ2 over MK11 but have issues with both... they need to greatly reduce grind and make it much less grinding to unlock the differing gear...

IJ2's developer should should make a final update to address these issues (better late than never) and implement a option for "no repeat gear" (a option called "only gear for top five" characters would be another great idea) in this game for the upcoming Synder's original vision of the Justice League Film and while they are at it, bringing back the JL challenge as a regular ungoing option for Multiverse... and fix the god/demon shaders... make no sense that you buy a game with those skins featured on the cover and yet somehow, you don't get them with the purchase of said game...

Edit: one last thing, idea just occurred to me... has anyone ever tried to disable other dlc characters while in steam by unchecking them? wondering if this would just disable them (and not effect what you have collected from them in your game save) and then as a result, it would only have new gear unlocked in boxes(/multiverse) for only the characters that are installed (with the check box in steam left checked)...

Ah, unfortunately it was broken by the last update. If you look up MK Secrets and some obvious keywords, you'll find a thread about it that you can check periodically to see if there's progress. I'm not being sarcastic, I just don't want their site to get flooded with unwanted attention :)
