Can I run it on a potato laptop?

If I get at least 30fps out on medium settings i'm happy. I don't care about the multiplayer. I mainly buy these types of games for sp campaign, tower modes and local couch mp.

Bare minimum for laptop that can handle Injustice 2 is 860/960m and i5 or i7 M/HQ, not the "U-ltra low power" version.

30fps is fine enough. A minimum of 60fps is way more important in multiplayer FPSs and racing game imo. 30fps in a fighting game will do for me especially since i'd mostly play it on a couch with my gf.

You cannot run this game in 30fps. You are actually forced to reach 60fps. The game won't skip frame, which means the same 60 frames will be rendered even if it takes more than 1 second... so your game will be in slow motion. 30fps in this game will make the game run half speed. You have no choice but to reach 60fps.

It's a demanding game too. Take a look at videos and screenshots. The graphics are fantastic and you need a food PC.
