OP is talking about 30fps lock that kicks in when performing special attacks. those are realtime. framerate should stay same as actual fights. only NRS does this. have you seen capcom do this with SF? Tekken?
Xrays/fatalities/supers are a part of the gameplay. It's very jarring so yes, it's a good reason for me not to buy any game, especially when there is a tonne of other fantastic games I can spend my money on.
They didn't do that in Injustice 1 though, no idea why they started doing that. I get that those scenes are probably more intensive than the actual fights themselves, but there should at least be an option on PC.
