Well, the other ending won't allow them to make a sequel...

Why not? It would be about Superman getting out of the Phantom Zone and getting revenge.

What I believe will happen however is universes colliding and then fighting each other. This way both endings can be canon as they both take place in seperate universes.

I tought that place had no exit, specially when he lost his powers and was also wearing kryptonite cuffs...

how can a kryptonian with strength of a human leave the space when he's cuffed? seriously...If he couldn't even escape the red sun cage why would he escape the nothingless?
