ps4 controller not working:(

I have my ps4 hooked uo to my pc
using big picture mode but when I play injustice 2 it does not reconize it

Turn off ps4 configuration support in controller settings. BPM uses a x input wrapper to emulate xbox controls, so just tick that option off, and it goes back to using the ps4's directinput, barring of course, the game suports ps4 prompts.

You mean the buttons symbols? if yes, for me only works if i use ps4 controller with usb.

Are you playing wirelessly? I remember reading that you need to plug it in with a usb cable for them to appear. In fact I played the game with my brother with me using the wireless xbox 1 controller and him a wired ps4 controller.

I am using a ps4 controller and I get ps4 inputs. All I do is connect to the pc either wired or wireless via bluetooth and the game automatically detects it as a ps4 controller. Not using steam big picture or ds4windows, but I do feel that steam has got something to do with the controller detection. Try connecting your controller to the pc and running the game without using big picture or ds4windows.
