Legendary v.s. Ultimate?

I tried searching, but kept getting diffrent results, so can anyone tell me the difference between the two?

Legendary has all the dlc characters, 5 premiere skins (Bruce Wayne being the bonus one).

Ultimate has all the dlc characters, minus Darkseid, and 4 premiere skins. It also has 4 god / demon shaders that are unavailable elsewhere (though I do believe you can get the demon shaders in fighter packs 1 and 2 --which you would grossly overpay for due to repaying for dlc characters you already have).

If the shaders are important to you (I personally don't care for them, though many do), then buy the Ultimate edition and buy Darkseid seperately, when/if you're ready for him.

If the shaders are unimportant to you, buy the Legendary edition.

will you get the 5 premiere/bruce skins too when you buy the ultimate edition now?

no, Ultimate gets 4 skins -- Bruce Wayne is Legendary only. You can buy the Bruce Wayne skin if you really want it, with source crystals, though
