Seeing as there's only one piece of legendary gear per character, you can just make up the stats with epic sets if you don't want to risk it.
Grind is the new standard for replayability value.

I got an epic belt with 800 defense on it for Batman. I didn't think the stats rolled that high. I wonder what legendary will go to.

Well, the whole idea is looooong replayability... think about it, pro gamers like Semiij spent about 6 month grinding until he got the gear.

nowhere, all are static 300 for Power, Trait and Def and 150 for HP

6 months for just one Legendary piece. (It's one piece for Wonder Woman AFAIK.)

Also i have one more question. Is there Epic set or something similar to Wonder Woman's Justice League set for other character, like Starfire?? And how do i get that? I can only hope to get these pieces in mother boxes or??

My WW is lvl 20 and i leveled up all her JL gear to match her character lvl. But i want to do the same for Harley and Starfire.

I can't confirm it but I think it's pretty logic all chars have at least 2 complete epic sets, but to other chars I think the only way is get lucky when you open the motherboxes.

Or complete specific multiverse events...

I noticed on the Superman legendary multiverse it doesn't let me sacrifice gear. I dunno why.

Except for batman that has three 5 piece epic set (movie. mark 11 and billionare) wonder woman flash and aquaman (wich also have a 5 piece movie gear aside from their 5 piece set) the rest of the rooster has one of each (one 5 piece set. One 4 piece. One 3 piece and one 2 piece)

You can get all pieces via motherboxes and random drops. And you have also a better chance of get them by doing multiverses that reward you specific character epics

As for the legendary one. Aside from the credits and the specifics finish moves required that take longer. You can get it in like 2 to 3 days per character (considering you have the char at lvl 20) they are more of a completionist reward as some of those legendary are not that "legendary" like the joker's or harley one

Yes they are serious and theyre not changing it. I actually like it. Why? Less people are willing to do it, so by default, only some people will have these envied pieces. I've spent the last 5 days grinding non stop and I have the Cyborg Legendary Gear. Seen no one else with it on PC, so I guess Im the first right now.

But its worth it in my opinion. Looks sick too.

Motivation? If you grind for it, You will be able to show off what most people dont and wont ever have the time or patience for. Everybody wants the prize with no real sacrifice.....LOL Thats America for ya right?
