Where to select the alternative ending?

I've just played through again and it's been apparently unlocked, but i cant find in the menus where it is?

Character customization - Summary.
I think it`s "Y" button.

No thats not correct, I've been and looked and the character customize screen is only for skins/gear. Neither batman, superman or any other character has any options indicating an alternative ending.

It is - Fact.
I watched them.

Complete one of classic towers to unlock ending, then choose it on summary screen.
If you can`t find, then sorry. You did something wrong. They are there.

Ohhh, I see. These are just the battle/multiverse endings. I've already seen most of them, i thought there might be like a different ending to the main story haha.

Nope.
Only basic classic endings.
Wasn`t story mode enough for you?

There is. Go to single player>story>chapter select and replay each chapter where you got a choice of which character to play as (pretty sure it's Black Canary/Green Arrow, Catwoman/Cyborg, Blue Beetle/Firstorm, and finally, Batman/Superman). When the choice comes up, just pick the opposite character to your first playthrough - if you can't remember, it was greyed out in the select menu. You have to hold left or right to confirm the selection, otherwise it just defaults to left choice

I must got it a bit wrong.

There are two last cutscenes based on who you picked after defeating Brainiac in story mode.
There are replays, where you can complete chapters as characters whom you haven`t picked when after first playthrough.
That has nothing to do with character specific endings.

Nope, character specific endings are found by completing the arcade towers.
There are 5 towers: Beginner, Intermediate, Master, Survivor, Endless.
The first 3 with next you a character specific ending upon completion.
Single Player> Multiverse> AI Battle Simultation (tiny planet on the far right, at the nottom of the screen)
