Receiving REALLY low XP from fights.
Okay so I'm talking about Single Fight since the multiverse events are currently♥♥♥♥♥♥ They're there for a whole week and you can complete them all in a day. Not to mention I don't like most of the characters there so please don't mention this as an alternative.

My issue is, I'm level 12 with Harley now and I select an opponent for Single Fight. I defeat a level 12 Hellboy (Equal Level to me because I selected the option) and I receive 70XP for a victory on Hard. Around the same amount if my opponent is Level 1.

Can someone please explain this? I used to get 300-500 XP per victory, now it's under 100 XP. It would take FOREVER to level up to Lv 20, let alone multiple characters to Lv 20. Is this normal? Can someone explain why I'm receiving such low amount of XP?

Edit: Further testing proves that Equalizing the opponent's Level to mine doesn't change anything. They're considered their original level so if I fight an AI opponent of Level 1 I cannot get any decent XP amount even if they are raised to my character's level. This is complete and utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ since Online is broken and empty. And multiverse is currently unplayable for a whole week since I've completed the events in under a day. The only option they leave us is the "alluring" Real Money offer for leveling some character to level 20. Great...

AFAIK, these things contribute to XP points: amount of health, time remaning, use of interactable and transitions, super moves (moar if you finish the match with it), winning clashes, gear bonus...

Yes I've increased the default timer to maximum but this <100XP per fight just won't get me anywhere if I want to level up. =/

I never see more than 6-7 people online. Everyone is level 20 with max gear, how am I supposed to fight someone with double the HP and Strength of my characters?

Don't go in rooms, just search for the match.

Many people (including me) is grinding JL gears.

EDIT: I played some private matches (competitive 1v1 and koth) and I was rewarded with some similar low XP points (100~250)... in Multiverse matches I still rewarded with moar points (400~600).

If your goal is to level up, then equip gear with XP buffs and go play in the Battle Simulator. The Endless Portal is the best for leveling, with the right gear you can easily earn 1000+ XP per fight there.
