Cross-platform support on Steam is likely out of the question. At least on the Windows Store, there's a 1% chance that we might get cross-platform with Xbox One players, versus the Steam version's zero.

SFV have cross play because it is only on ps4 and pc. Sony don't want to have crossplay with other consoles this is why minecraft and rocket league don't have it only on PS4.
