How to add plugin?

Im having dedicated server and i want to add kzmod_wr plugin. But i dont know how to add that, i downloaded sourcemod and added in KreedzClimbingDedicatedServer and then i added WR plugin maps in sourcemod i loaded server and went in server, typed !wr but nothing happened. What i do wrong?

you have to install both sourcemod and metamod to make plugins work
