Since Two Worlds II is several years old and has been featured in countless bundles by now (including a free giveaway at some point), I'm pretty sure the cheaper option is to look for the original version and get the DLC when it's released.
Raidor [dph] [developer] 4 Jun @ 3:18pm
On the release of the first DLC (Call of the Tenebrae) all Two Worlds II versions will be updated with achievements, HD Interface and support of new light, texture and LOD features.
