Reporting cheaters

We believe in fair play for everyone and we understand how frustrating and disruptive it can be when coming across this type of behavior. Please be assured that we are actively enforcing our code of conduct and taking the necessary actions to fight against cheaters.

We will review any reports on a case by case basis and take the appropriate steps in order to punish the players involved. So, if you believe you encountered a cheater in-game please don’t hesitate to contact our Support Team providing the following information:

• Reported Player’s Username and/or ID (as well as the platform used).
  
• Description of cheat used.
  
• If possible a video or screenshots of the suspicious behavior.

Please note that sanctions will not be put in place without sufficient evidence so we ask that you only report what you believe to be legitimate cheaters.
Any report will be investigated thoroughly. This means that an investigation could take several working days before it is concluded. Please also be advise that we will never share any information regarding the reporting players, the accused players or the status of an investigation as well as its outcome.

Would be nice if the dev's actually responded to some of the issues in the game, doesnt seem to be any sort of communication to the known issues in the game.

No online sidecar multiplayer
sidecars handling like crap
cheaters on the scoreboards

and im sure if they actually looked through the discussion board, theres a few more.

You need to have a better system for tracking cheaters. Just take a look at the leaderboards, it's the same people across the board, every bike, every track, hugely faster than would be possible following the track. They have found exploits and it looks like you have no way of knowing, so you can't do anything about it.

This leaves the vast majority of the user base, being honest players, practically unable to use this feature that you have worked so hard to implement in the first place.
