well, it seems that only Japan got access to that for now, it might take years before someone makes a patch for it

edit: heck, they did not even release the first LoveKami on Steam, so yeah keep hoping until they release the patch

Indeed, ever since 2017 nobody talked ever again about this game and the new release with 18+ content. No patch, no demo, nothing. I think anybody interested just managed to buy the ♥♥♥ version and didn't care to (learn to) make a patch.
