Press M and travel to the marked location.

Finding the elder isn't automatic but finding the contract they accepted is.

They just need to press M & travel to the marked location.

i do press M but how do u travel, walk or is there a fast travel in game?

you walk there...
Just read what the NPCs and questlog says and it is pretty much self explanatory.


the caravan, which is one of the first things you'll get, is the fast travel in the game. you get it after you helped the elder with a couple of contracts (or some other way which i do not want to spoil).
Also there is Ol'Todd which can take you from one settlement to the other in return for some coin, but i think he will only show up after you did some progress in the story.

Finish up everything in the city with Verren and there will be a new NPC who handles standard fast travel. You have to pay this one though.

Edit: Other than that, Verren can drive the caravan to a new spot, but that costs fodder and has a rest period after, where you can't move it.

Talk to verren at the caravan. You have to wait a couple of turns/days before you can use the caravan again though.
