One-time Documents

Any knows if these notes are required to present to somebody as a proof or to trigger certain quest? OR reading them will be suffice?

1) Satrifical Letter (Inside One of the building in Brynn)
2) Forgotten Letter (From Abandoned camp)
3) Soggy Diary (from Lemprosarium, a house in the middle of the forest near Rotten Tavern), (ps: loved the plague mask , made poison gas dungeon easier)
4) Old Remedy Book (from mannshire quest "find herbalist old man")

5) ~~Old Contract (used on mannshire , all good solved and discard)~~
6) Recommendation letter (I already present to brynn , leather, wood, metal equipment merchant, do I still need it down the road??)

One-time events, or some of them no events at all like soggy diary or the letter to Odar in the Abandoned Farmstead. They're just in the game for flavor.

4 - you bring it to Mannshire priest for 50(?) gold
6 - it is safe to dispose of (I think you can ask for another one from where you've got it in the first place)

I should clarify: you MUST bring the Old Remedy Book to the priest, that is the only way he will upgrade his inventory and you can get far better medicines (and more medicines too!).

1 + 2: No use now, may have use in future patches.
3. no use period.
4-6 used for their respective quests. (4 give to priest, 5 show to elder, 6 show to all 3 balliffs) All 3 good to get rid of after.

First three are just flavor. 4 and 5 are as others said. But hey, reading flavor texts grants you 5 exp or so.

No, I don't think main materials of caravan upgrades are spawned as loot in dungeons, it must be purchased except the smaller materials

I didn't know you could do that. It's still in my camp inventory.
