First of all, sorry, i know this is not depended of the game.

Are the files flagged differenly for different version of windows, when using the modding NOT OFFICIAL tools, in my very specefic environment is not possible and my only though comes to the time the game had to be divided in the vm version to be modded and the brief period where it wasn't able.

I have the build 17784460.
Would anyone have a clue or similar problems?

no idea, i havent been able to mod the game at all, none of the mods on the modded branch work, and from what i've read there seems to be a problem of modability at the moment due to some recent (6?7? months) change to gamefiles from 9.something
