Poison gas makes game unplayable

How am I supposed to defeat a dungeon when I'm dying of intoxication before the second level? The plague mask would be an obxious fix but it does nothing. What the hell am I missing here? I'm not stopping to loot anything and have all the antidotes I can carry

125% immunity was enough for me to clear both levels in one go

bring some antitoxins or eat a lot of vegetable rich foods to max your immunity.

i cleared that dungeon with lots green vegetable food (the one with potato carrot/tomato onion recipe)
if i remember correctly i brought like 3of them with 1 mushroom and 1 fruit plate

u need food to build up immune anyway. so just bring bunch of them. and maybe touch the shrine buff before u go there
