Caravan followers gifts

At level 50% (Solidarity) caravan followers should give you gifts occasionally, Darrel and Alda gave me some stuff only ince upon reaching 50% after that then never gave me anything.
Can't remember what Leif gave me if anything at all. As I understand occasionally means sometime, not just one time, if this is a bug then ok, it needs to be worked out. If that is intended then this "skill treshhold" is just bloat and needs a rework

Darrel gives repair stuff for all armor types each.
Alda gave me a soup thet she coocked.
