Can distant dungeon reset faster?

I've beat both optional bosses, fully upgraded my caravan, max reputation for every settlement, and explored every POI on the map. All there is to do is just get unique from distant dungeons, which is exciting. Except it takes a long time to reset, and since there's restriction on passing time by resting, I'm just stuck doing nothing. It sucks.

On an unrelated note, can auto path avoid spotted traps?

You can spend time by moving the Caravan and paying for a ride at Ol'Tott I believe.

yeah but I wouldn't need to waste money on food and fodder if they shorten the reset time for distant dungeons.

Distant Dungeons? Just hauling the stuff from it to town already uses up time, go hunt some more pelts or do town quests in the meantime if you don't wanna move your camp, Berries and herbs give fodder easily enough that one or two maptiles easily gives over 150 fodder.

the problem is time gating, what does having 2 weeks reset time for distant dungeon achieve? Like I said I don't need anything besides relics and uniques from 4+ skull dungeons, so now I'm running around the map in circles with caravan to refresh the dungeon, which can be entirely avoided if the reset time is not 2 weeks.

I believe the dev want you to run the map in circles, and not camping out the one spot over and over.
